The project area, located in the east of Erbil and connected to the city center by Koya Street axis, was designed as 3 separate phases. While each phase can work individually by reflecting the general philosophy of design in itself, when these 3 phases are completed, they make the design philosophy perceived in the whole project area thanks to the masterplan formation.
